A chase in a winter hay field.

I think there was some goofiness in the air.

Emma thought it would be a good idea to bounce on the trampoline through the smoke from the burning xmas tree. I thought it would be a good idea to take a picture. The grand fir smoke smelled great, the picture is okay.

The dog got some quality time with the tennis ball on one of the few sunny days we had this winter, as evidenced by the Full Tongue Extension.

Here is what my house looked like when we had some snow last month. Sometimes there were more than 50 quail in the back yard. Now that the snow is gone, the quail are gone too. If the snow comes back will the quail return as well?
